Join James Sewell, Artistic Director of James Sewell Ballet, as he leads a workshop for body and mind integration and wellness. The class activates participants by interweaving complex patterns and intent-full movement to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Truly for any age or ability—the accessible and fun series of activities allow the participants to progress at their own pace. Wednesdays, 10:00-11:00am
