Annual Spring Showcase
In Full Bloom! is a radiant celebration of the artistry and passion of St. Paul Youth Ballet and student dancers. This annual showcase blends beloved classical works with vibrant new choreography, offering a dynamic emotional journey for performers and audiences alike.
Featured Works and Artists
This year’s program highlights original choreography and collaborative spirit:
- New Original Works: Featuring choreography by Interim School Director Elayna Waxse and Maddie Blessinger.
- Improvisation & Composition: Directed by Erin Drummond and Blake Nellis.
- Choreography from staff members Dexter Carlson, Emily Trapnell, Carissa Bolante, and Sasha Zitofsky propels our younger dancers.
- Special Guests: Performances by Hatch Dance enrich the program.

By pairing the technical brilliance of Marius Petipa’s Paquita (staged by Helen Hatch)—a cornerstone of classical repertoire—with imaginative new works, our dancers prove that ballet is a living, breathing art form. The full performance captures the exuberance of Minnesota, where nature blossoms from flowers to thunderstorms.

St. Paul Ballet offers PAY WHAT YOU CAN pricing. We ask everyone to pay what they believe the value of this performance is according to their current financial circumstances.
Some audience members are able to pay the suggested fair market value for tickets (suggested adult ticket $35) and even pay it forward by paying over the suggested price ($40 or $50).
Some audience members have a smaller budget but would like to bring their families, friends and children (minimum ticket price $5 and no fees are added if purchased at the box office). We wholeheartedly encourage this. All are welcome at our performances.

Tickets are $5.00 - $50.00 if booked directly through the Ticket Office in person or by phone at: 651-690-6700.
- Online Booking Service Fee: Tickets purchased online are subject to a per ticket fee of $2.75 that goes directly to the O’Shaughnessy ticket service provider.
- Credit Card Processing Fee: Tickets purchased using a credit card require a 3% processing fee for the convenience of paying by credit card. No processing fee using cash or check in-person or by calling the O’Shaughnessy Ticket Office.
