FREE: Get your tutus and ballet slippers ready, the St. Paul Ballet and James Sewell Ballet will be here. Come watch them perform breath-taking pieces from their upcoming shows! Enjoy a creative movement class designed especially for young dancers, a special dancer’s craft and performances at 10 + 11 a.m.!

Body Beats brings JSB dancers together with the incredible Dosh (local maestro/musician extraordinaire) for a one-of-a-kind ballet with guest boxers from Element Gym and aspiring dancers of St. Paul Ballet School. Live Music | Big Dance | Fun!

Thaw is a reflection of the beauty inherent in extremes. Created by Gabrielle Lamb during our recent polar vortex, this world premiere brings an important new choreographic voice to The Cowles Center stage.
